Zoe Georgalli is a dancer, choreographer and dance educator. She holds a BA and MA in Dance performance by Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance as well as a Diploma in Dance teaching and learning by Trinity College London.
As a creator and educator, Zoe aims to bring as many people as possible in touch with the art of dance, inside and outside the theatre. Her artistic research and experience focuses on interactive performances and workshops specifically made for young audiences and presented in schools, theaters, public places, community centers and elsewhere.
Zoe’s latest work “ Bodies in Motion” focused on sensory development in children aged 1 and over. Her interactive installation “Χώρο-Γραφια”has been presented in DanceHouse Lefkosia, in Nea Kinisi’s Summer a festival and Dance Waves Festival. “Where Two Lines Meet”(2021) has been presented in On Bodies Festival, in primary schools, Majestic Gallery and the Theatre Museum in Limassol. Other works such as “Mapping a Movement” (2020), “Counter Tensions” (2016), “For your entertainment only” (2015) and “Pattern” (2014) have been presented festivals such as On Bodies, Dance Waves, Cyprus Choreography Platform, Emerge Festival (U.K), Pitch Platform(U.K) and Lapsody Festival (Helsinki).
